DECISION No. 246/1998/QD-TTg of December 22, 1998 on a number of particular regimes applicable to military pilots, members of flight crews and subjects directly servicing the flights at the military airfields under the Ministry of Defense

This Decision stipulates the particular allowance regime for pilots, military flight crew members and flight board commands; the responsibility allowance regime; the commendation and rewards to pilots who make outstanding achievements in training and combat readiness; and the application of sick soldiers� regime to pilots and military flight crew members who fall sick.-

DECISION No.1144/QD-TTg of December 22, 1998 on the establishment of Phu Bai industrial park in Thua Thien Hue province and the approval of the investment project for construction and commercial operation of technical infrastructure therein

To establish Phu Bai industrial park in Thua Thien Hue province. Phu Bai industrial park shall be organized and operate under the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Processing Zones and High-Tech Parks issued together with Decree No.36-CP of April 24, 1997 of the Government and shall be subject to the direct management by the Thua Thien Hue Industrial Park Management Board.

To approve the investment project for construction and commercial operation of the technical infrastructure of Phu Bai industrial park, Thua Thien Hue province (phase I) with the following contents: Investor: the Thua Thien Hue Construction and Installation Company; construction location: Phu Bai district township, Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien Hue province; the project�s objectives: to level ground and build communication, power supply, water supply, information and communications, waste treatment,... systems in order to deal in the technical infrastructure to be created in the industrial park; total investment capital: 77.3 billion VND; capital sources: self-acquired capital, capital advanced by the investors, loan capital; investment schedule: 7 years from the date the investment decision is signed; operation duration: 50 years from the date the investment decision is signed.- (Summary)
